This was my first time meeting Dr. Khalifa and I can't say I left the office feeling like I really mattered, or that if I needed.emergency care, that he would be the physician I would want making decisions for me. Although he has ordered tests for me, it was obvious that he really couldn't be bothered with me that day. Maybe he just had a tough day, but he should be able to adjust accordingly with his patients.
