Dr. Tavill's office took me the day after I called, other ENTs were not able to get me in as quickly. He found the problem, immediately came up with a plan, explained things great (so did the other office workers) and fixed the problem which saved her life. The office is an hour drive from my house, but I will happily make that drive for dr. tavill any day! My family is forever grateful for dr. Tavill and his team.
