“Back surgery 7/9/2008”
In July of 2008 I underwent back surgery with Dr. Schlitt as my surgeon. He cut some nerves in my spine which caused some paralysis and numbness of the left leg along with a whole list of other side effects including excruciating pain at times in the foot, ankle and calf muscle areas.
