The doctor was a very pleasant man. He looked at my hand and he said oh yes, I can see you have gout gave me some medication and it's been doing wonderful. I would recommend him to other people very very nice man. His nurse was very sweet and very tentative. Very nice team.

I'll make this easy. I moved almost 2yrs ago, almost 2 1/2hrs away on a good day. Not for a second did I consider changing doctors! Dr. Roxas genuinely cares about his patients, the good & the bad. He listens to what you say & goes above & beyond when needed to get you an answer. Dr. Roxas explains things in a way that is easy to understand & uses visual aids sometimes which I appreciate. He always explains your options on something & then he tells you what he thinks needs to be done. Then together, we make a decision. I have referred many people to his office.

Dr. Roxas always listens to [...], always takes his feelings and concerns into consideration, and is just so calm and reassuring. We never feel like Dr. Roxas doesn't know what to do, or that [...] isn't getting the best care. We never feel like [...] is a number or like he's just being shuffled along in the system. We always feel heard and seen.
