I was very hesitant to have another lipo in the abdomen. My first experience did not go so well and ended botched. My cousin recommended Dr Gartner and I must say it has been the best decision ever! He explained everything in consultation answered all my questions (no pressure at all) The staff is super professional and nice. I had lipo under local anesthesia (No pain just pressure).
