very very unhappy with this IU Health in Avon INdiana. We actually liked Dr. Taylor for the most part at first until consistently the Office staff failed on more than three occasions to properly make referrals to the right dept. Each time, the referral went to the wrong specialist despite calls from my husband and I both...five separate times. The last time I called, I literally begged the office person to get the referral to the right dept, explained why the referral was wrong. However to t...
