Was VERY apprehensive, in what my results may be. Dr. Lancaster, and her "tester" were very understanding, clear on explanations. I would recommend her to anyone in need of her expertise. Her pre visit phone call also was very reassuring, explanatory, and my Daughter also totally agreed with our visit with Dr.,
