“Sometimes You Strike Gold”

Polite, professional and a good listener. Dr. Winkleman was able to diagnose and recommend treatment for a problem that I have been dealing with for probably 20 years simply because he has combined knowledge with the ability to listen to his patients. Generally he runs on schedule, I think my longest wait was an extra 10 minutes. Even with a busy practice, he never makes me feel that I am taking to much time or that I am bother.
