“I love this place”
The best example I can give is why I switched dental offices: I was going to one of those large chains because it seemed convenient. But the x-rays that were taken were lousy (some were unclear, some were blank!) and did not reveal a problem when it was small. Then once it was found (after I complained of some pain) they refused to redo the x-rays without a new charge and wanted to do a root canal. This seemed extreme for a first treatment of an issue while under routine dental care. I got a second opinion and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Matt found that the issue could be treated with a time-consuming filling, took the time do it, and saved my tooth. He has also fixed other issues that they previously told me not to worry about despite them bothering me. All the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I look forward to seeing everyone, especially my hygienist Eileen!
My only gripe is that I wish I was closer to the office. It's a bit of a hike (45 minutes or so) for me to get there but it's worth it.
