“Great doctor, great results”
I went to Dr. O'Toole for reconstructive surgery about a year ago. He was one of 6-7 plastic surgeons I visited and I went with him because he made me feel comfortable, knew his stuff well, and I had heard good things about him from friends. I was confident in his results and let me tell you, he did a fantastic job. He explained everything to me and I have never had a doctor pay attention to what i wanted and genuinely listen as much as he did.
