Could not explain, beyond arthritis, the terrible pains I have experienced for months. His demeanor was that of someone who doesn't care about his patients' well being, and is only there for a paycheque. I had to ask to see my scans, and he acted like it was a bother to do so, and then quickly closing the images on his computer before I could ask more than the question he dismissed as he closed the image. I mentioned two things referenced by other doctors in the past - including HIM - to which he either ignored or just dismissed. I am seeking a visit with another physician. Dr Santman should retire if practising medicine is such a bother.

He had a great sense of humor, was very attentive and thoroughly explained my condition and options. I asked a ton of questions and he patiently answered every one of them. He was friendly and kind to his staff and they agreed he is a really nice person. I've already recommended him to a friend and a potential new staff person moving to the area.
