He listen to what was wrong with me . I told him I don't want no steroids so he gave me antibiotics in a inhaler. He took his time and make sure I was satisfied with what he had to say in the questions were all answered.

Dr. Higgins is efficient, personable, and interested in my wellbeing. He understands that patients are people, and he makes an effort to connect with you at a personal level. He is conscientious without going overboard, and he is good at following through between visits.
