“My Truth Continued..”

...at first I could only do 10min, 3x a week. Now I'm up 1hr, 6x a week on the bike and building strength through weightlifting. I'm paying more attention to what I eat, choosing tasty, healthy satisfying meals. The staff is friendly, always encouraging me along the way. Through this program I have lost many things- 119lbs, high bloop pressure numbers and that hesitation to ask for help. I Lastly, my hope that my truth will help someone to understand that I'm worth every penny and so are you!
