(*One year program agreement required*) We have partnered with Liberty Direct for an alternative to traditional health plans, which is ACA ("ObamaCare" ) compliant.

For that to occur I have adopted a new affordable way to give you the best one-on-one medical care there is and move from complexities of health policies: Direct Primary Care or Membership Medicine which works by offering an age based membership :
Registration fee- $80 (one time)
Monthly fee based on age:
13 - 19 y/o $30
20 - 40 y/o $50
41 - 64 y/o $60
65 y/o & up $75
There is a capon Registration and Monthly fees for families.
We have also partnered with Liberty Direct (Health share) to offer you an alternative to traditional health insurance and is ACA (ObamaCare) compliant, avoiding the penalties of not having a policy.
