The doctors, office staff and x-ray technicians, and everyone I came in contact with were very nice. Explained everything they were doing to me and treated me with dignity which you don't always find in healthcare nowadays and I definitely did not find it at Kent General Hospital but IThe doctors, office staff and x-ray technicians and everyone I came in contact with we're very nice. Explained everything they were doing to me and treated me with dignity which you don't always find in healthcare nowadays and I definitely did not find it at Kent General Hospital, but I found it with doctor and his staff. They explained everything to me and my son who was with me as I could not drive due to my injury and also made me feel comfortable since I had never met this doctor nor his staff prior to this day.
