Dr. Hayes is the perfect combination of being professional and a trusted friend. She remembers all the details of my health status, and really listens to my questions and concerns. I always feel like she gives me solid advice and direction on my healthcare needs. She's the best!

Dr. Hayes takes time - listens to all my concerns and responds with her thoughts. Sometimes it may take me a visit or two to get on board with what she'd like to see and I usually come to understand her perspective and follow through on her suggestions.
