When I first called for a wellness check the appointment people said I would have to wait 6 months for an appointment. I emailed my provider and they were able to get me in when I was due for an appointment. This is information patients need to know about appointments.

“I was struggling to manage my co...”

I was struggling to manage my complex health issues on my own and felt like I was failing. Dr. Oswald changed that. She put together an amazing team who taught me how to truly participate in my own healthcare. With Dr Oswald I feel seen and heard. Today, I'm proud to say that all of my health conditions are in great control. I don't have words big enough to express my gratitude to Dr. Oswald. Her guidance, kindness, and incredible medical insight didn't just improve my health - they gave me my life back. I wouldn't be this healthy today without her. Thank you so much for all you have done and do for me.
