Dr Kim was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I was a bit confused by the lack of instructions for checkout/blood work, though. I was also told I would be contacted by my local pharmacy for a topical cream, I have yet to be contacted. I did receive my bloodwork/labs but have not received an interpretation/feedback. Perhaps, this will come down the line? All in all, I was quite happy with the ease of setting up am appointment, but feel that the follow up/communication is lacking.

I love coming to MOM and I especially love my doctor, Dr. Kalik. However, the blood/urine testing process comes as such a shock to me. The room is so small and overcrowded, people walk very close to you during your bloodwork process which is uncomfortable. Also, it is extremely awkward to me as a female to have to walk out of the bathroom holding urine in a cup while men are in the waiting area/or sitting in the chair getting bloodwork done. Hope you guys are working on fixing this process.
