This was my first appointment with Dr. Shaw. I wish EVERY doctor was like him, providing thorough explanation of a new condition as well as clear instructions regarding medication and treatment options. His staff followed up with me by phone as soon as my test results were posted. I would highly recommend Dr. Shaw. I was very impressed with him s as my new cardiologist.

I don't necessarily need to call the provider to respond to all my inquiries on my chart.When I first tried to make my appointment, it was ridiculously far off, and the receptionist found this out. She helped me get an adequate much closer appointment time based on my needs.Living where I live, there is no other heart doctor, I would choose to see as long as it's my choiceI also had questions for the receptionist you walked into the hospital before I get to the office and they were friendly and efficient also.On the following question, if you choose to reach out to me, my chart works fine
