First off, the "Gatekeeper," receptionist guy, Chris, comes across as kind of snooty on the phone, and took all kinds of information from us to see if they would "approve" us as a patient. I was totally confused by this, having never encountered such a thing. (I made it clear we had Navy military insurance, well-known in our area as being slow but super-reliable).
