Dr Cranmer was easy to talk to and even though I'm facing a horrible and scary diagnosis, he calmed some of my fears with his fabulous bed-side manner. I left feeling somewhat more hopeful but regardless, knowing I trust his judgment and expertise!

Again, once you get Dr. Cranmer in the exam room, he is very good. The issues with him are [...] his inconsistent responsiveness to questions/requests on the CoH patient portal.
