“Dr Shaman was attentive, respons...”

Dr Shaman was attentive, responsive and helpful. However, his assistant (a nurse, I presume) appeared entirely indifferent to whether I was understanding how to put on/assemble either the support hose or the protective boot she was supposedly educating me about -- rushing through her "explanation"; effectively Ignoring my questions; and just "going through the motions". This resulted In the boot being badly fit and painful on my ride home, and effectively useless since. The foregoing should answer the survey question that immediately follows.
