Felt personally cared for! Dr. Nowak is thorough, detailed, a good listener. Pleasant, respectful, gives clear explanations, clear instructions.
He followed up on an item not part of my initial complaint - to the point of calling me personally with his concern, and giving me a vaccine I had not expected to need.
He is referring me to specialists who may be even more helpful with my ongoing issue, as well as scheduling his own follow-up tests and exams.
