“Kristina gave me the help and hope I needed to complete my first half marathon!”

Kristina is delightful, positive and clearly very knowledgeable. After injuring myself, I did not know if I would be able to complete my upcoming half marathon. Kristina has been attentive throughout the entire process, taking a flexible approach as the causes of my injury became more apparent. She provided exercises and did manual work which significantly improved my running. She was compassionate, but firm during weeks when I was less compliant with my homework. She's really the best!

“Balanced Holistic Experience”

Kristina is very attentive and great with assessing how I am feeling. She modifies the therapy as required to facilitate healing of the affected area.

What I really like is that she doesn't just focus on the specific area of injury only, she spends some time assessing the surrounding and opposite areas to ensure that the rehabilitation process is balanced and holistic.
