Kristina is delightful, positive and clearly very knowledgeable. After injuring myself, I did not know if I would be able to complete my upcoming half marathon. Kristina has been attentive throughout the entire process, taking a flexible approach as the causes of my injury became more apparent. She provided exercises and did manual work which significantly improved my running. She was compassionate, but firm during weeks when I was less compliant with my homework. She's really the best!
