More info: I bill clients per session, with payment expected at the end of the session. Most clients provide me with their credit card information for ease of billing. I provide superbills monthly for your records that you may submit to your insurance plan as a claim for reimbursement, if you are entitled to out-of-network benefits.
Offers Financing/Payment Plans?: Unknown
Bills on a Sliding Scale?: Yes
To better serve my patients and in consideration of their clinical needs, I do not accept any forms of insurance. Patients see me on a self-pay basis. Depending on your particular insurance plan, you may be able to submit my receipts as superbills, which are claims for out-of-network benefits, at varying rates of reimbursement. In the interest of making CBT more accessible, I offer a sliding scale for a limited number of patients who qualify.
