“Left Town NO Notice”

This Doctor must be running from something. In the last two and one half years that I have seen him he has moved his office 5 times. Most recent he left his last office in defuniak Springs on 46th S Eighth street without telling patients. His office phone is disconnected I have no way of getting my medical records. No forwarding address is on the door. Only an eviticition notice for non payment of rent LIKE 22,000.00 dollars?? What's up with that. “GREAT DR HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”

I LOVE HIM AND HIS STAFF HE HAS DONE MIRACLES ON MY FEET THEY ARE GREAT THERE I WOULD NEVER GO TO ANYONE ELSE HE HAS DONE 7 SURGEREIES SO FAR AND I GO 1-3 MORE TO GO JENNIFER HIS NURSE IS AWESOME IF YOU GOT FEET PROBLEMS HE IS YOUR MAN!Original review on DoctorsDig.com
