“I was very impressed with not on...”

I was very impressed with not only the time Dr. Mercurio spent with me, but her attentiveness, eye contact (not looking/clickinging the computer) and listening. She presented herself as "actually" caring for me as a patient. Needless to say in today's 'get them in, get them out' mindset, it was refreshing to experience her real interest.
