Absolutely best physician I've encountered. I have referred several people to him. Lab could use some work however. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or processes. Had to call once getting to lab, on hold nearly 10 minutes then wait to be called back. I was the only person in the waiting room. It is extremely cold even for a hospital setting, staff even complained.

“The doctor seemed to be irritate...”

The doctor seemed to be irritated I was there I had been seen by another physician and wished to switch my services to Froedtert. I never got explanations of my echocardiograms and conditions, so my purpose for this appointment was just to understand what was going on to see if I needed any treatment. There seemed to be an attitude when he first entered the room which lessoned over the five minutes of the appointment. Seeing as my issues aren't that profound, I will continue with this provider, simply for ease sake, but if I had more significant issues that depended more on his interventions, I probably would switch providers.
