Many of these contracts are arranged through the physician hospital organization at The University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro. Many of the insurance organizations require appropriate referral documents from the primary care physician. You must come to the office with these referrals; please do not rely on your primary care physician’s office to fax documents to us. In general, we cannot render any services without the appropriate referral. This referral is your responsibility. All insurance claims will be submitted by our office unless you request otherwise.
