Dr. Hickman was provided a report from a psychologist in her office for my 6 year old son. The report suggested a possibility of an emotional disorder or mental illness but did not diagnose him with anything at the time. She insisted from then on that he had bipolar disorder and treated him as such. Dr. Hickman's receptionist told me to show up 15min early to my initial apt. and called to confirm the apt. 3 times. I did as instructed and then proceeded to wait for the Dr. an extra 35min.
