I saw Dr. Katherine Huanglin Ching for a pre-surgery consult for an uncomplicated umbilical hernia repair. Dr. Ching is excellent! She is thoughtful, engaged, and explained everything in easily accessible language. She clearly explained the pros and cons of the planned surgery, offered her insights on the best plan of action, and answer all of my medical questions thoroughly. I would recommend Dr. Ching enthusiastically.

All good. Answered all questions and addressed all issues. My only complaint would be that it took several weeks to see the provider. While I realize it wasn't her fault, my concern (and pain) seemed to drag out unnecessarily.

DR. Ching, has been very professional, and patient with me as I have struggled to stop vaping nicotine in the past few months. I have been honest with her, although, I feel shame for letting her down, I know she is still very proud of me and see that by quring nictoine lazenges I will be able to have zero nicotine in my urine by the 1st week of Janurary.
