“After the receptionist overrode ...”

After the receptionist overrode my doctor's referral & booked me with wrong doctor, we met with DR Martinez. She immediately got us to the correct Cardiologist and everyone was so professional and made us feel like we mattered. I know I'll be in excellent hands with the cardiologist. Now we just have to wait for approval from the insurance company.
