“disappointed”
was an 30mins early for my appointments because they wanted me to fill out the forms ( i was coming in as a new patient). Waited in the waiting room for 2 hours. Was brought in and had to wait another hour. I kept peeking out the room thinking they had forgotten about me. no one seems to care. was seen by Dr. Yang in her office ( not the treatment room) and she sat behind her computer clicking away.
