DR JOSH IS EXREMELY PROFICIENT WHICH IS I.MMENCLY MORE COMFORFABLE WHEN YOU ARE THE ONE AT THE END OF THE CYSTOSCOPE !!!!!- He gets better with each procedure!!!!( I think)
