The Doc and assistant provided a very detailed explanation of the entire procedure of each component of the parts of the work they are going to do with examples and detail well beyond anything I had thought of. That made their knowledge and experience completely provide me with way more knowledge and understanding of the entire procedure, and especially how it applies to my case. He was very well prepared.

I couldn't be more pleased with the care Dr Hellmann provides. He explained the cause of my vertigo and gave me the tools I need to help this problem going forward. As always, he is kind and puts me at ease. I wish all doctors were as kind and informative as he is.
