“He started the visit by thanking...”

He started the visit by thanking me for choosing Medstar. He asked what I was hoping to get out of the visit. After listening to all my concerns, he actually listened to my heart and lungs and otherwise did a thorough exam. I received a verbal and written summary of the visit. He is a boss!
