She clearly set expectations. Dr. Bonafede was great, he took the time to listen to me and clearly explain his thoughts. I left feeling that I was in good hands. I would return to this office.

I walked into the office without an appointment. My nose had been bleeding for close to an hour. I asked if it were possible for me to see a doctor. For it was there or the ER. The woman at the front desk told me to wait a minute. She got me in! The doctor was extremely nice. I told him my story, he started the examination. He ended up cauterizing the vessel. He told me I was a good patient. I go back in 2 weeks for a follow up. Thank you once again.

There was no getting around some discomfort with the procedure, I guess, but Dr. Bonafede was obviously very experienced, and it wasn’t too bad. He also seemed genuinely concerned for my well-being, which is not always the case these days.
