“Perfect balance of professional, friendly, informal and caring”

Dr. Bernstein comes across "big-doctor"-y in all the right ways, in contrast to the usual negative connotations of that phrase. He is imposing but not intimidating, authoritative but approachable and accessible. I would highly recommend him for any and all ear problems.
