Dr Nelson is great, he is very informative, kind and patient with an awesome bedside manner, I actually met him in the ER after a transfer from Decatur Medical City, he immediately addressed my pain and prescribed appropriate meds to keep me comfortable until he performed my surgery.

Dr. Nelson is spectacular, clearly my favorite doctor. He is clear, concise and very knowledgeable and answers all questions, in addition he is very courteous and considerate.
