This provider was covering for my regular provider who was on vacation. He gave me hope that my stroke was survivable and an understanding of what to expect moving forward. I liked him very muchBut there is one thing that all providers overlooked. Post stroke Depression.. I find I am getting more and more depressed as I realize my limitations and have no one to talk to about my fears. Is there counseling or post stroke group to support each other in our losses.
