“My experience was great! However...”
My experience was great! However, Dr. Gardner speaks very quickly and frequently uses medical terms and acronyms in his explanations. During both appointments with him I had to stop him to ask him for clarification or to explain what he was talking about. Many patients may not be brave enough to do so. (I was a caregiver, and my uncle never sought clarification but would ask me after we got home.) Dr. Gardner was happy to explain and answered my questions fully. He was very patient with my inquiries and is a great physician!!
