“Dr Chadwick knew my medical hist...”

Dr Chadwick knew my medical history, as well as my personal history when he walked through the door and immediately started asking me about some stressful family issues I have going on. He is absolutely one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I have ever met! His concern and familiarity with my situation took my breath away and brought tears to my eyes! A wonderful man!
