“We were told to arrive at 8am as...”
We were told to arrive at 8am as our appointment was at 8:30. When we got there at 8:05 the receptionist from the other table told us to wait as the person in charge for our appointment was not there. We waited 15 minutes. When the doctor saw us it was like less than 10 minutes. We were told my labs needed to be rechecked amd go from there. No physical examination was done, Not what I expected and frankly it was disappointing.
