Dr. Pfenninger was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process very well and was quick and efficient. He made me feel very comfortable with having my infant's lip tie corrected, and was done with the procedure in seconds. Overall it was a painless experience and the baby seemed very comfortable with him as well!
