Dr. Hamilton takes time to answer questions we have, making us feel that our concerns are important. He greeted us with a hand shake and did the same upon leaving our appointment. He saved my husband's life by performing an emergency surgery and for that we are very grateful!

Dr. John Hamilton is a great asset to the INOVA Medical Practice. He has great compassion for his patients. He Sat in a chair opposite me. He examined my legs and knees casually and immediately informed me that my legs and feet were in better shape than before. Again, in a casual manner he advised me to take some weight off my body because the pain in my lower back is the result of my weight gain and hence the reason why I have constant pains in my lower back. I am blessed to have Dr. Hamilton as my Neurosurgeon. I will continue to recommend this practice to people I know.

His PA Lauren is awesome. Any questions I ever have when Dr. Hamilton leaves the office she answers and she's just has a great personality and awesome best size manners. They both have great bedside manner.
