“Once I got to speak to Dr. Bak, ...”
Once I got to speak to Dr. Bak, communication was really good. Despite the fact that my body caused a need for a *second* surgery, I felt that Dr. Bak did a great job taking care of my kidney stone and obstruction. My only *minor* complaint was that he didn't call my wife back for the post-surgical update after the first surgery, since I had been well-anesthetized and couldn't retain info well. When I mentioned it to him, he course corrected and made sure to being my wife back for the update after the second (successful) surgery! I'd definitely refer a friend to Dr. Bak.
