I have been a client of Dr. John Bachman for almost 5 years. I came in with a diagnosis of Panic Disorder with Agoraphobia, Major Depression and Anxiety Disorder. By communicating with and being given tools to help myself, I became a functional member of society.
There were times that I felt housebound and just wanted to stay in bed, but I would use the tools that I learned to get up, and at least do something on that day, and that made me feel better. Dr. Bachman is compassionate, patient and very knowledgeable about what he does as a therapist.
After the time that I spent in therapy with him, I can say that my life has changed. I am a fully functioning person with great potential for the future, and so many of my symptoms have disappeared from within me. I would recommend this fine doctor to any person who is having mild to severe symptoms of mental health issues. He also feels like a friend!
