Extremely poor bedside manner. Unprofessional behavior. My PMH: parotidectomy for pleomorphic adenoma. Several years later, developed neck swelling and sought diagnosis / treatment due to history. A needle biopsy was inconclusive. This physician suggested removing the mass for conclusive diagnostic biopsy, which was negative, I developed an allergic reaction to antibiotic prescribed.
