Dr. Joel Brook earned his bachelor's degree in biology from Vassar College in 1983. In 1984, he graduated from Columbia University with his master's degree in human nutrition and went on to earn a doctorate in podiatric medicine from Temple University College of Podiatric Medicine in 1995.
