Dr. Jitendra Swarup attended medical school in Washington, D.C. at the prestigious Howard University. He did his residency at Sinai Hospital in Detroit, MI, where he served as Chief Resident. During his tenure at Sinai Hospital, he was involved in the initial trials and FDA approval for the Excimer Laser in 1993 and has been performing LASIK surgery since its introduction in 1996.
